特點(diǎn)及用途:

1、焊槍為垂直式或杠桿加壓式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，很容易伸到箱體深處進(jìn)行焊接。

2、上電極為多關(guān)節(jié)搖臂形式，獨(dú)有的平行關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)使運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活、焊接方便、焊接范圍更大，只移動(dòng)焊槍即可在整個(gè)臺(tái)面內(nèi)焊接

3、下電極為水平工作臺(tái)，工件可直接放置在工作臺(tái)面上，操作簡(jiǎn)單，使用方便，無需特殊的技能或經(jīng)驗(yàn)均可以輕松的操作。

4、采用氣動(dòng)加壓，可降低操作者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，獲得恒定的點(diǎn)焊壓力，使焊點(diǎn)均衡一致。對(duì)鐵柜、箱體、操作臺(tái)等產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行焊接時(shí)，產(chǎn)品外表面沒有任何焊坑，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

5、焊接平臺(tái)可在200mm范圍內(nèi)任意升降，方便不同形狀和高度的產(chǎn)品焊接
