整機(jī)特性：

1.精密電容儲能點(diǎn)焊機(jī)由精密點(diǎn)焊電源和精密點(diǎn)焊機(jī)頭組成，精密點(diǎn)焊電源也可與其他自動化工裝配套使用；

2.具有兩段電流放電控制功能和電流緩升及緩降功能，可以有效地減小焊接飛濺，提高焊接質(zhì)量；

3.配備微電腦控制系統(tǒng)，可以存儲9組焊接規(guī)范供用戶選擇；

4.根據(jù)焊件焊接要求，可選配單面雙點(diǎn)機(jī)頭或單面單點(diǎn)機(jī)頭；

主要應(yīng)用范圍：

適合于金屬薄片與金屬薄片焊接,金屬細(xì)線與金屬細(xì)線焊接，金屬片與金屬線焊接：

①通信器材：電池組合、手機(jī)電芯、手機(jī)五金等。

②電子元件：連接線、傳感器、電阻、保險(xiǎn)絲、半導(dǎo)體元件，電子腳與導(dǎo)線的焊接,線與端子之間的焊接等。

Main Features:

1.Precision Spot Welding Machine is composed of precision spot welding power source and precision spot welding head, precision spot welding power source also can be used to work with other automation equipment;

2.With two stages current discharge control and current slow rise and slow drop function, can effectively reduce the welding spatter, improve the quality of welding;

3.Equipped microcomputer control system, can be stored 9 sets of welding specification for the user choosing;

4.According to welding requirements, optional single side double point type welding head or a single side single point type welding head;
