整機特性：

1 本機采用琴鍵式銅合金壓緊機構(gòu)，提供均勻穩(wěn)定的工件夾持和冷卻效果；

2. 配備焊縫背面保護(hù)襯套和成型槽，以保證提供穩(wěn)定的氣體保護(hù)和確保達(dá)到單面焊接雙面成型的完美效果；

3.本機可按要求選用PLC或繼電器集成控制；

4. 焊槍行走采用直流電機驅(qū)動，焊接速度無級可調(diào)；

5. 可任意匹配各種類型弧焊電源（氬弧焊/CO2焊/等離子弧焊）；

6.設(shè)備設(shè)計人性化, 只需普通工人操作即可,為工廠解決招工難招焊工師傅更難,生產(chǎn)效率低等問題；

7.自動直縫焊接主要用于不銹鋼、鐵、鋁、黃銅等各種金屬的圓筒、拼板的高質(zhì)量、低變形的直線性自動焊接.
